Your stay promises to be as relaxing as it is enjoyable!
Quilts/quilt covers and pillows/pillowcases are now supplied, along with mattress protectors & pillow protectors. However, you will still need to take all of your own sheets, blankets and bath towels. Each property has also been provided with a supply of bathmats, hand towels and tea towels.
PLEASE REMOVE ALL USED QUILT COVERS, PILLOWCASES, BATHMATS, HAND TOWELS AND TEA TOWELS FOR THE CLEANERS TO WASH.
A cleaning fee of $50 will be charged to any member who uses the outdoor hotplates and does not clean them afterwards. Cleaners will be checking the condition of the BBQ after each booking and if further cleaning is required the outgoing member will be invoiced for the cost.

Spacious, Comfortable, Great Amenities
Four of us and my little dog stayed at the Auburn house while my home at Tanunda was having some work done. We were there for 5 nights and loved every minute of it. The home was spacious, comfortable with great amenities. We used the BBQ 3 times and my dog had a ball in the large yard and playing catch on the lawn. It was a short walk to the coffee shop and the Hotel for lunch. We will definitely be booking it again. Thankyou so much ASWF. A fabulous job with the selection and presentation of this home.
Perfect getaway location.
Stayed in Auburn for the first time recently and was suitably impressed. Incredibly well appointed, large open living areas and outdoor entertainment area. Short walk or drive to the main strip for supplies and the pub. Will definitely be staying there again. Only inconvenience was the child-proof sink cabinet doors which became annoying very quickly. There were no children present so I just unclipped the doors and put them away for our stay.
Fantastic
The new Auburn holiday house is fantastic. It has 2 large entertaining areas, both with TVs, the kitchen is new and well stocked with equipment and utensils and the bedrooms are nice and spacious. There is a covered outdoor dining at the rear of the property and the house is located in a nice quiet area. Made for a really comfortable and relaxing time away. Also the Rising Sun pub is a 5 minute walk away and the food there is great.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
I was so impressed with the Auburn house, Perfect weekend getaway. So clean and all the comforts of home. Walking distance to the main street. On arrival Friday afternoon, we started with Three little birds woodfire pizza and Ulster wines. Saturday, we walked down to the Caravan Park and hired E-bikes for the day and headed up to Taylors Wines for Lunch then afternoon coffee at Room 21. Sunday afternoon was a perfect country setting, relaxing by the fire at Jeaneret Wines in Sevenhill. Will be going back and doing more on the E-bikes, starting from Clare then heading down to Watervale next time.

Our stay at Auburn was comfortable, clean and all round the perfect location. Since seeing the property, I'd have no hesitation in visiting again and bringing my dog with me. Perfect for larger groups! My only suggestion is perhaps some patio heaters!
What a Fantastic House!
A very impressive surprise when we arrived at the Auburn house! So much space and so many extras! Disher, dryer, coffee pod machine, huge fridge, huge dining table, great speed wifi/internet and 2 x huge lounges in separate rooms with huge TV's! You guys have out done yourselves!!!
The Auburn house is FANTASTIC!
Modern and fully equipped. Everything was beautifully clean and ready to go. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the main street yet close enough to walk down for a delicious breakfast at one of the local cafes.Look forward to staying there again soon.
