The house has three bedrooms, and provides accommodation for up to 8 people. There are 2 queen size beds, a single bunk over a double bed and a single fold-up bed.
Quilts/quilt covers and pillows/pillowcases are now supplied, along with mattress protectors & pillow protectors. However you will still need to take all of your own sheets, blankets and bath towels. Each property has also been provided with a supply of bath mats, hand towels and tea towels.
PLEASE REMOVE ALL USED QUILT COVERS AND PILLOWCASES FOR THE CLEANERS TO WASH.
Amenities include:
Heating & cooling, ceiling fans, Smart TV, DVD player, CD/radio, gas BBQ, outdoor table & chairs, fridge, microwave, electric oven, wall mounted First Aid cabinet & AED.
There is an outside fridge in the garage - please use this for all fishing supplies and dispose of any items before leaving.
A portacot & highchair are also supplied.
A cleaning fee of $50 will be charged to any member who uses the BBQ and does not clean it afterwards. Cleaners will be checking the condition of the BBQ after each booking and if further cleaning is required the outgoing member will be invoiced for the cost.
Pets are welcome - staying outside only - no pets on furniture - please clean up after your pets or a cleaning fee will be charged.

Another great couple of days away
Another great couple of days away with the boys. Fishing was crap due to the Aglae but close enough to travel to Pt Turton to put the boat in & bag out on squid. The pub is always good for a meal & the facilities at the house were good for a BBQ & a few beers. A nice dog friendly house in a quiet street. Cheers - Scott P
Perfect for a few mates
Edithburgh is a great little house perfect for a few mates to get together for a bit of fishing & a few beers. A nice 3 bedroom for a family. The pub has good meals & only a walk away from the house. The house is fairly easy to maintain while your there. It has a fish cleaning sink outside which is great for cleaning your catch. Always a good time when we stay here.
Ideal for Fishing Escapades
Ideal as a family getaway, and even walking distance to Sultana Bay jetty with the fishing rods. A very clean and well thought out house. Beds are comfortable, kitchen well appointed and plenty of space on the sofa to enjoy TV. Don't forget to bring the nespresso pods for the coffee machine! we had a great weekend!!!
Perfect Getaway
A safe and secure shack with everything close by. Highly recommend going to Wattle Point Beach, Sultana Point or dabbling with some fishing. A home away from home

Fantastic weekend. Great break, great facilities. accommodated young adults, their friends and the dogs easily. Although the weather was wintery the house was warm and comfortable . Will definitely be back. Thanks ASWF
Edithburgh house
Great, as per usual! house is always neat, clean and tidy. and extra bonus this weekend (Aussie Day weekend) the fish were biting!! Never go wrong staying here.
Weekend escape
We needed accommodation after staying with family. Edithburgh was truly lovely and very comfortable. Nice and quiet yet close to the beach.
Short Break
Thanks for a great country getaway. Really enjoyed being close to the water. House really comfortable and like being able to sit out back and enjoy the sunsets.
