This lovely house is in a quiet location with a flat walk through the sand dunes to Goolwa Beach.
Comprising 3 bedrooms in the main house (2 Queen beds and 2 Single beds) and a separate bunkhouse with 2 Single bed bunks - providing sleeping accommodation for up to 10 people in total.
Quilts/quilt covers and pillows/pillowcases are now supplied, along with mattress protectors & pillow protectors. However you will still need to take all of your own sheets, blankets and bath towels. Each property has also been provided with a supply of bath mats, hand towels and tea towels.
PLEASE REMOVE ALL USED QUILT COVERS AND PILLOWCASES FOR THE CLEANERS TO WASH.
Other features include: 2 x Smart TV's, 2 x DVD players, CD/radio, gas BBQ, fridge, microwave, washing machine, reverse cycle split system air/cons, wall mounted AED.
Lock up garaging is available for one car, with plenty of space in the U-shaped drive for 2 or 3 more.
A cleaning fee of $50 will be charged to any member who uses the BBQ and does not clean it afterwards. Cleaners will be checking the condition of the BBQ after each booking and if further cleaning is required the outgoing member will be invoiced for the cost.
Pets are welcome - staying outside only - no pets on furniture - please clean up after your pets or a cleaning fee will be charged.

Loved it
Great house for kids, as it has a big deck overlooking yard for kids to play in. Separate room out the back also great for the kids.
Wonderfuly Stay in Goolwa
We had a wonderful stay in Goolwa. The house was (as always) clean, comfortable, and beautifully presented, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It’s in a great location - close to the beach, river, and town centre, while still being quiet and peaceful and best of all, a nice big enclosed yard meaning our big furball gets to holiday too. We love it here and can’t wait to come back!
Second Time Staying
This was our second time staying at the Goolwa house and it was just as good as the first! Such a great location and close to everything. Our only regret is not staying longer. My kids were devastated when we had to leave.

Perfect for Families
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay @ the Goolwa holiday home. The recent refurbishments made our stay even better, with the open plan living and rejuvenated bathroom facilities. We enjoyed the airiness & lightness that the property exudes where our group of 7 could share our time together. Thanks again 🙏🏽
Great Spot!
A great spot to base yourself & mates while doing some cockling or just having a nice getaway from home. The upgrades are awesome which makes it a very comfortable place to stay for a few nights or a week if you're lucky enough. Cheers - Scott P
We really loved the Goolwa house
Hi lovely people.We really loved the Goolwa house, it was clean peaceful and everything we would want.The couch was comfortable after a rug was laid.Great access using a memorable number, no keys - loved that.Thanks so much and we are forever grateful for these homes.
Amazing
Being staying here every year for 17 years and it's like a home cooked meal. Comfy, has everything you need, space for dogs, heaps of room for family and friends and Goolwa beach is the best!

We enjoyed our holiday very much. This house is in a great location. Quiet and peaceful. Close to the beach. So much to do in the whole area. Highly recommended.
Holiday time
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Goolwa. It has been some time since we stayed and we like the updates. LOVE the new mattresses and outdoor area. The older kids enjoyed having their own space in the bunk house too. Thanks again
