This modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse in Normanville has spectacular views of Links Lady Bay Golf Course and surrounding hills.
The 3 bedrooms have the following bedding configurations:
* Main bedroom upstairs - Queen bed
* 2nd bedroom downstairs - Queen bed
* 3rd bedroom downstairs - 2 x Single bed bunks
Quilts/quilt covers and pillows/pillowcases are now supplied, along with mattress protectors & pillow protectors. However you will still need to take all of your own sheets, blankets and bath towels. Each property has also been provided with a supply of bath mats, hand towels and tea towels.
PLEASE REMOVE ALL USED QUILT COVERS AND PILLOWCASES FOR THE CLEANERS TO WASH.

Spacious open plan kitchen/dining/living area upstairs with sliding doors opening onto deck with BBQ and outdoor setting
Kitchen appliances include dishwasher, microwave, electric oven/hotplates and dripolator ground coffee machine.

Wall mounted First Aid cabinet & AED
The communal swimming pool is also available for guests to use.
There are many amenities nearby...
It is a short walk to the Links Lady Bay complex which includes bar, restaurant, and Golf Pro Shop where you can book to play a round of golf. The tennis courts at the resort can also be hired for an hourly fee and the gym is open to the public at a cost per session. Please check current rates at time of booking.
There are a number of restaurants, cafes and shops in nearby Normanville & Yankalilla as well as sandy beaches and walks along the jetty to enjoy.
As from 1st November 2020 a cleaning fee of $50 will be charged to any member who uses the BBQ and does not clean it afterwards. Cleaners will be checking the condition of the BBQ after each booking and if further cleaning is required the outgoing member will be invoiced for the cost.
Pets are welcome, staying outside only - the downstairs yard leading to the Golf Course is fully fenced. No pets on furniture - please clean up after your pets or a cleaning fee will be charged.

Great property in a beautiful spot. Loved spending the weekend here with our young kids. Pool across the driveway is a bonus!

Thanks so much for a lovely house. We LOVE the new sofas in lounge room. Dining table is huge, a cover would be nice too :) Downstairs bedroom is huge - you need to replace the TV though so it can play movies etc. Very spacious, we look forward to coming back soon.

Really comfortable accomodation. Especially like the supplied bedding covers. Love the large living space and views of the golf course. Will stay again.

Nice and modern with good facilities. Very family friendly with portacot, highchair, baby gates, some kids dvds and games, colour in pencils, and children's bowls etc. The communal pool was great for the kids and the apartment set in a small community was nice and quiet. View from the back balcony was lovely with good sunsets and lots of kangaroos to see. The floor could have done with a mop and the barbecue was filthy but other than that I would highly recommend it. Would definitely come again. Thanks very much
